You will have a varied caseload and advise on contentious matters, including debt recovery, property litigation, construction and engineering projects, and IP disputes. The team is keen to hear from candidates at the Newly Qualified level and above, who have the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment and handle a challenging workload, often with tight-timescales.
You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Moray to meet the operational requirements of the Service. Due to the rural nature of Moray this is normally undertaken by use of a car/van. Effective communication skills (both oral and written) with internal and external stakeholders.
