Token Cleaning are looking for an Experienced Commercial Cleaning Operative (pressure washing, steam cleaning) Duties to include the following: - High pressure washing and steam cleaning - Graffiti removal - Drainage jetting - Various other aspects of commercial cleaning - CSCS and clean driving licence required - Overtime required - 0600 start - finish 1600 Salary based on experience
You will have valuable experience in managing area managers, key accounts, setting up new contracts and be part of the management team planning the direction of the business, preferably with a track record form one of the existing suppliers of soft services, such as, OCS or Mitie, or Servest etc.
You will develop a strong understanding of the areas to be cleaned, the required cleaning schedules, and the correct use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals on the premises, while strictly following Health and Safety requirements.
You will be required to work effectively as part of a team, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently using your own initiative.
