You will oversee theday-to-day management of the College’s real estateassets and play a key role in contributing to theCollege’s major property development projects inOxford. Often acting as the College’s client representative,you will coordinate consultants, managing agents, and legaladvisors to deliver projects effectively andstrategically.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the management of a diverse investment portfolio of property and non-property assets, and will have responsibility for ensuring robust reporting and governance arrangements are in place in relation to the College s investment activities.
You will lead an expanding function of Senior Managers, Theme Leads, L&D Managers, facilities and support staff all needed to run a residential college.
You will define and implement strategies which deliver effective workforce development across the organisation, supporting staff through the complexities of the modern prison estate.
You will play a key role in supporting students with diagnoses including ASD, ADHD, dyspraxia, developmental delay, and complex physical needs, contributing directly to the functional, cognitive, sensory, and life-skills development required for further education, employment, and independent living.
You will work closely with the Principal & Chief Executive and the Corporation Board to deliver a sustainable financial environment within which to enhance a truly student-centric estate, whilst maximising the college's commercial potential through effective risk and investment management, whilst maintaining their outstanding financial health.
