You will be involved in delivering a high-quality, professional service, responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems across domestic, commercial and industrial sites. This is a field-based role, covering the Worcestershire and surrounding areas, reporting directly to the Operations Director.

You will be supporting clients with engineering technical support and product returns. Full product training will be given.

You will also lead a small team of 3 . The role will be a combination technical work, leadership and customer service.

You will provide hands-on support for networking and communications solutions, with a particular focus on Wave Relay® MANET systems, supporting both internal teams and external customers across the UK and Europe.

You will play a key part in ensuring successful project delivery and supporting the evolution of Steatite’s communications technology.

You will be setting & operating sliding head machines mainly using Fanuc controls (experience using Deco will be a bonus)

You will also be responsible for self-inspection, using drawings to ensure your components are correct. About youTo be considered - you MUST have experience as a CNC sliding head setter without this experience you will not be considered.
