You will take a customer service-oriented approach, both internally and externally, providing technical support that enhances the efficient management of your workspace and component production.

You will be encouraged to embrace challenges, expand your technical skills, and grow your expertise through diverse and engaging projects.

You will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC turning and milling machines, producing precision-engineered components to a high standard. Experience on Hurco, Mazak, or Fanuc controls is essential.

You will strive to produce world-class quality, precision-machined drill pipe, collars, and drill string subs.

You will adopt a customer service mindset, supporting both internal and external customers with a focus on efficient workspace and connection production management. Responsible for your own productivity output, you will apply advanced manufacturing processes and CNC turning disciplines.

You will work directly with the General Manager to achieve the hotel's vision and strategy, contribute to budget and P&L reviews, and take responsibility for stock yield and management. In addition, you will handle guest inquiries, train and develop staff, and leverage your knowledge of the hotel's amenities to drive upselling and enhance the overall guest experience.
