You will be a natural leader with hands-on experience in managing and motivating staff, ensuring a productive and cohesive team. A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role, enabling you to travel between sites efficiently.
You should be proficient in English and ready to step into a similar, impactful role.
