You will have knowledge and experience of the following construction sectors; plant hire, tool hire, lifting, non-mechanical, power generation hire, accommodation hire or other specialist equipment hire.
You must also have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting.
You will have previous experience in achieving good or outstanding outcomes with the CQC, ensuring exceptional care for the individuals we support.
You will need to have a good understanding of the wide range of challenges experienced by secondary school students but in particular the problems that our most vulnerable students face.
You will work closely with the Inclusion Team and the Vice Principal Deep Support on intervention strategies to support the academic achievement of all students.
