You must have proven " management of managers " and experience in leading call centre teams.
You will be working in the Solihull / Birmingham airport area of Birmingham
You will be at the centre of major capital decisions and have the chance to shape how a multi-million (or billion) asset base is governed and reported. You will develop a culture of innovation in the data and analytics team leveraging new AI capabilities in our Tableau and Snowflake platforms, embedding a culture of matrix working across the individual business analytics teams and the Analytics Centre of Excellence.
You will also develop and implement best practice strategies to deliver value, innovation and cost savings to the business whilst managing risk.
