You will be joining our team working on the cutting-edge Dreadnought-class Submarine, where safety and operational excellence are paramount.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including the Ministry of Defence, in-service Submariners, and key industry partners such as Babcock, Integrated Logistics Support, and trainers.

You will have a track record of creating an environment of accountability through technical excellence, continuous improvement and delivery commitments with long-term technical strategy.

You will be managing several squads by overseeing the quality and timeliness of performance delivery of software solutions from all team members.

You will support engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring quality build support and efficient solutions to technical problems. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of CATIA V5, strong communication skills, and experience with metallic structures. This position offers a competitive pay rate of £44 per hour, working a double-day shift pattern.
