You will be an integral part of the UK sales team and the wider European team and will play a pivotal role as well as having influence on the growth of the UK market.

You must be: · Capable of reading technical drawings, understanding materials and have an appreciation for amazing design · Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational security of council systems, applications, and networks.

You will be expected to attend the Civic Centre for a minimum of two days per week, subject to business priorities.

You must be available for both days 07:00-19:00 & nights 19:00 shifts)

You will also be responsible for analysing the inbound volumes to ensure we are effectively resourced 24/7

You will need to develop and deliver reporting on the performance of the department and should be confident in presenting reports internally
