You will also be responsible for: Maintaining high safety standards and effectively coach and challenge others to work safely Monitoring key process parameters, identify actions and define instructions to deal with deviations from targets. Conducting day to day and longer-term measurements and investigations to improve performance and optimise plant operations.

You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive technical reports and presenting findings to facilitate informed decision-making regarding land use and sustainable infrastructure solutions. A thorough understanding of hydrological systems and geotechnical principles is required, alongside the ability to utilize advanced modeling software for predictive analysis.

You will oversee all contractual and commercial aspects, ensuring compliance, profitability, and successful delivery of multiple projects within the framework. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic oversight, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement.

You will be based in either our Newcastle or Leeds office, but there will be a hybrid working model, including the opportunity for flexible working hours, allowing you to mix working from home or the office, together with visits to our project sites, client offices and our design partners offices.
