You will take responsibility for a team of seven including a small team of three 1st/2nd line support analysts.

You will manage all the day to day operations of the helpdesk and infrastructure support providing the team with a 3rd line escalation point.

You will use your hands on skills in MS365, VMWare, Servers and Networking to share knowledge and develop the team.

You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, we always strive to be at the forefront of the latest tech stacks and tools used within our domain.

You will be a key person for the development organisation by collecting and communicating the overall picture that will enable the teams to achieve better results

You will work across complex cloud and on-premise environments that power critical systems and services. You'll play a key hands-on role supporting, optimising, and evolving infrastructure platforms across Azure and hybrid estates - driving reliability, performance, and automation.
