You will be responsible for overseeing all production departments on your shift, ensuring that products are manufactured on time, meet quality standards, and stay within cost objectives. We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 covering days and nights.
You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period.
You will get deep insights into the complex contexts of building a highly integrated, modern & unique car manufacturing site.
You will be able to lead specific longer-term projects as part of the overall programme.
You will contribute to continuous improvement and development of documentaries, policies, processes and project rules.
You will need to provide evidence of eligibility (e.g. a passport or long birth certificate and proof of NI) and current proof of address (dated within the last 3 months), will be required as part of the recruitment process. If you do not meet these criteria, your application will not be considered.
You will be able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, whose aim is to provide a polite, friendly and patient-focused service to patients attending a busy Emergency Department.
You will have experience of dealing with the general public and be able to manage difficult situations.
You will need to be able to travel independently around the county and will have access to a supplied van, including to areas that may not be easily accessible by public transport.
You will benefit from 25 days annual leave, rising to 28 days after 5 years’ service (pro rata for part time)/
