You will collect your allocated vehicle or trolley and your hand-held computer device (detailing your route and tracking your mail) and then deliver the letters and parcels to your local community.
You will be helpful and approachable displaying a strong sense of community, as you get to know the people you meet on your round.
You will be supporting individuals with varying needs and abilities, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions.
You will deal with the QMS, creating reports to analyse performance and supplier issues, conducting internal audits, work with suppliers undertaking root cause analysis. This role is Monday to Thursday, 8AM - 4:30PM with a half day on a Friday.
You will be conducting initial reviews, paper-based, face-to-face, video or telephone assessments to evaluate how a claimants health condition or disability affects their day-to-day life
You will create three comprehensive 3,000-4,000-word reports of the evidence gathered for each claimant, each day.
