You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.
You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required?
You will contribute to service development, create resources to support patient care, and lead on audit and evaluation within the dietetic pathway.
You will bring advanced clinical knowledge, strong communication skills and an empathic, flexible approach to managing complex cases.
