You will be working within a successful and supportive team and will have access to a top-quality caseload.
You will have relevant experience in defendant clinical negligence practice including medical malpractice and experience dealing with multimillion-pound matters.
You will be passionate about your work and keen to help build the reputation of the team both in Bristol and further afield.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
You will be expected to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, so confidence in assessing, investigating, and progressing cases is essential.
You will work on a variety of clinical negligence cases but will also have the chance to further develop your own area of specialism or interest.
