You will join a cohesive consultant team working closely with Clinical Nurse Specialists, Pathway Navigators, endoscopists, colorectal surgeons, hepatology colleagues, and an extensive multidisciplinary network.

You will be joining a group committed to delivering personalised care and continually enhancing clinical outcomes.

You will deliver, monitor, and re-evaluate care needs in partnership with each resident, their key carers, family members and the wider team at the home, as well as liaising effectively with GPs, hospitals and external agencies.

You will be a qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse and currently registered with NMC.

You will provide continuous 1:1 nursing care, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions and coordination with local doctors and clinics.

You will be based at the Wiltshire Hospice and work across Wiltshire in the homes of the children we look after.

You will have the ability to work both in a team and independently and work using your own initiative as well as accessing and contributing to the skill base of the wider team.

Registered Nurse needed to provide clinical leadership and deliver high standards of care to residents in a care home.

You will emphasise the importance of clinical governance and investing time in training your colleagues

You will manage the Department and manage individual staff competence, as well as a high performing Pharmacy Team making sure you develop, implement and share best practice

You will be working as part of a friendly, welcoming and expert multidisciplinary Theatre Team supported by our experienced Theatre Manager.
