A Registered Nurse is needed to provide personalized nursing and residential care, deliver clinical excellence, and create a vibrant community for residents.
You will be required to work collaboratively in a safe, caring and respectful way.
You will be working with service users who experience problematic substance use with co-existing mental health difficulties.
You will also be involved in the recruitment, development and supervision of staff nurse/addiction workers as well as service development.
You will be responsible for providing chair side support in all day‑to‑day activities within the practice and surgeries.
You will play an important role in ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care while complying with all clinical and health & safety guidance.
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing.
