You will be responsible for translating complex clinical and real-world data capabilities into clear, scalable, market-ready products that directly address high-impact industry challenges. As a senior leader, you’ll work closely with data science, engineering, and commercial teams to shape solution roadmaps, support major client engagements, and help drive global adoption.

You will act as the senior clinical and commercial lead in the UK, managing installations, surgeon training, and utilisation growth, while also building, developing, and leading a high-performing clinical sales team.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and negotiating new strategic partnerships for Seopa’s comparison solutions portfolio. While insurance comparison is a core focus, experience in other comparison or switching verticals — such as energy, broadband, mobile, current accounts, or credit cards — is advantageous.

You will be provided you with a van, tool kit and your own scheduler to ensure your diary is both efficient and consistent. Duties & Responsibilities - Deliver, install and validate new equipment. - Carry out scheduled maintenance, site surveys and advise the customer of any additional costs incurred.

You will be asked to be available for a minimum of 4 weekends throughout the year but can work more if desired. Area 1 - South West / Central UK – ideal base Bristol, Worcester, Swindon Area 2 - East Sussex, Eastbourne, Bexhill, Brighton running to Crawley in the north.

You will need to demonstrate strong team working skills; have experience of working in a Procurement environment and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This post will play a key role in ensuring the procurement of the right goods at the right price delivered to the right place at the right time.

You will be the face of ‘quality service’ for RPS Group and be responsible for the advice given and service perception of the employee and organisation.

You will also support RPS business development and support growth by identifying and winning new clients. This is a permanent role split between various client sites in and around Derby and Nottingham with the option forfull-time or part time.
