You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
You will support day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages to our customers, alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back-of-house areas.
You will provide excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 3 years.
You will liaise with a wide range of internal staff and professionals, so a professional telephone manner and empathy are essential.
You should be confident in using spreadsheets, with advanced Excel skills including formulas such as XLOOKUP, and proficient in Microsoft SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
You will be assisting in the commercial administration, reporting and performance of the scheme, along with the following duties -
