You should have an SVQ Level 3, HNC, Apprenticeship, or equivalent in a building‑related discipline; be Gas Safe registered and/or ACS accredited (with annual renewal of accreditation); and/or NICEIC accredited (or equivalent).
You should also have extended relevant experience, preferably within the gas, electric heating, and renewables sector.
You will be able to develop a depth of expertise that could see you ascend to the top of the legal profession in Private Client.
You will constantly be offered a refreshing mix of Private Client work, offering relevant advice on asset protection, tax planning, wills and executries.
You will primarily operate within the Central Belt, but will be required to travel further afield to the Highlands and Islands as the portfolio of losses demand.
You should have a technical background in either private client or agricultural work, but should be willing to engage yourself in both product lines.
