You will work with the discipline lead to set strategic direction and to help deliver the Environmental Assessment Training Academy, a funded learning programme intended to enhance capability and capacity in the business.

You will work alongside our existing practitioners and champion further growth and capability strengthening.

You will be responsible for setting flavour standards, guiding formulation decisions, and ensuring flavour intent is consistently delivered from concept through to final product.

You will be actively involved in lab-based formulation work, producing bench samples, iterating recipes, and solving complex flavour challenges during development.

You will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.

You will have the ability to collaborate with other disciplines and have experience in supporting and leading other civil engineers.

You will also have a track record of undertaking designs and completing design deliverables within required timescales and design budgets.
