You will work with individuals, in small groups and with families to assist clients to develop the skills needed to achieve daily living goals, interact with their communities, gain confidence and make their own life choices.

You will help create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, aims and ambitions. The support you provide will change with everyone you work with because everyone is different.

You will also support clients who have experienced financial abuse. Assist clients in finding and keeping suitable accommodation, and support them if homelessness is a risk. Assess and plan individual support visits for your caseload, prioritising needs within available time.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements.

You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.

You will receive a payment equivalent to 12.07% for each hour worked in the period; up to a maximum of 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year.

You will play a key part in ensuring clients' needs are met while contributing to the company's reputation for excellence and professionalism.
