You will report to the Director of Children's Service and be registered with Ofsted for the fostering service

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the service including oversight of Team Managers, Social Workers, Support Workers, and admin staff.

You will oversee foster care recruitment and retention for the region and ensure therapeutic practices are in place

You will be responsible for strategic planning, reporting, and IT/system management to ensure operational excellence, maximise clinic capacity, and support continuous improvement across all clinical services. Key Responsibilities - Lead the strategic planning and execution of clinical operations to meet capacity and revenue targets

You will act as a trusted partner and be responsible for a broad range of essential business support activities, including: - Managing global calendars, complex domestic and international travel, and high-profile onsite/offsite meetings - Providing advisory administrative support across the PSSM community
