client support executive jobs in Medway

You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and driving key initiatives within the Client Finance team.

You will lead a diverse team of Client Finance professionals based in multiple geographies with responsibilities across commercial finance and business operations and will be responsible for their growth and development.

You will attend a minimum of 9 face to face new business meetings per week to achieve target. Self-generating sales leads to achieve the weekly call target in addition to being provided appointments generated by the very successful internal telesales team.

You will demonstrate and possess the following: To be commercially minded with excellent business acumen with the ability to seek solutions.

You will be responsible for creating pipeline of new customers suited to IDMS (Integrated Design & Manufacturing Solutions) in line with the business plan. Focus will be on customers in identified markets capable of delivering > £1m per annum and key Start-up businesses which we can help achieve their growth ambitions.

You will work under close supervision of a senior caseworker and assist with a varied caseload including:Asylum and protection claimsHuman rights applicationsFresh claimsAppeals and tribunal preparation

You will also support vulnerable clients through our walk-in and appointment-based service, within a structured and supportive environment.

You will also provide cover and assistance to the wider Facilities team during periods of absence or high activity. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide porter support across the building, transporting goods, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.

You will deal with existing business and new business broking opportunities whilst also having the opportunity to visit clients. Servicing client accounts within the renewals lifecycle process, including renewal administration, preparation of presentations to insurers, negotiating premiums with underwriters, processing adjustments and preparing client reports and other documentation.
