You will work with clients with a range of support needs, providing assistance within supported accommodation and occasionally within the community. This role is vital to helping individuals overcome challenges, access services, and make positive changes in their lives. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide person-centred support to clients experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity.
You will be based within one of their Supported Housing units based in Dover, supporting vulnerable clients, providing a invaluable service. This is a temporary role starting immediately for a minimum of 1 month so the perfect role to earn some money before Christmas as you would be paid weekly.
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Whether you have experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.
