Client Support Administrator jobs in Norfolk
You will be working as part of our Client Support Team, actively engaging in service desk support relating to our market-leading, property management solution (RiskWise). Communication skills will be paramount, since your role will see you routinely represent our company through regular telephone and email conversations with an array of long-term clients.
You will advise clients on issues surrounding succession, tax and mental capacity and will be working within the team who have specialism in advising both high net worth individuals as well as elderly and vulnerable clients and their families.
You will also work on Court of Protection matters.
You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You will lead the delivery of high-quality private client tax services, managing a complex portfolio of HNW and UHNW individuals and providing advanced advisory and planning support. Key responsibilities include: - Delivering complex tax advice across CGT, IHT, trusts, residency issues, and estate / succession planning
You will have responsibility for complex advisory work, oversight of client delivery, and providing guidance to less experienced members of the team.
