You will assist fee earners on a broad range of private client matters, including:

You will be involved in file management from opening to closing, drafting correspondence and documents, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring files are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.

You will be working within a highly respected and established Vulnerable Client team dealing with a varied caseload of Vulnerable Client matters but predominantly with wills for vulnerable clients including Advance Directives, probate for those clients and advising on and preparing and registering powers of attorney.

You will also lead a team, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and contribute to the firm’s growth through business development initiatives.
