You will be accountable for several established and newer customers and be the ‘go to’ person for any queries or issues around the customers data and energy meters.
You will be building strong relationships with the customers via Teams and face to face meetings, also communicating over the phone and via email.
You will deliver tailored, high-quality responses that meet the needs of key employers and customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their relationship with us.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with Key Clients, providing administrative expertise and managing enquiries from Relationship Managers.
You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
