You will lead and support staff, ensure high-quality outcomes for service users, and maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, National Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.
You will be an experienced supervisor or manager with a strong background in housing support, social care or a similar regulated environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and system reliability across customer sites. Key Responsibilities - Carry out routine PPM in line with scheduled tasks and industry standards. - Respond effectively to reactive maintenance calls, breakdowns, and emergency situations.
You will be responsible for supervising engineers, managing resources, and supporting customer contracts, while driving performance against key KPIs. As a Remedial Service Manager, you will: - Oversee recruitment and resourcing in line with operational requirements. - Manage engineer activity on-site, ensuring productivity and SLA compliance.
You should be 1 -2 years post qualification (ACCA, ICAS, ICEAW), with experience in practice
You will enjoy working directly with clients from a range of sectors.
You will have excellent IT skills and have a proven ability to retain knowledgeStrong communication skills both oral and written
You will earn a competitive salary of £24,740.74 to £25,855.80 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including: £13.79 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.

You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
You must have impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer facing environments.
