You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You will support Financial Planners with day-to-day administration and client servicing, playing a key role in delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
You will be an experienced private client paralegal who is confident, organised, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
You will ideally have: - A 2:1 law-related degree (or equivalent experience) - 23+ years experience in a private client paralegal role within a law firm
You will set and deliver a modern and innovative Client Development & Marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, sharpens market positioning and drives meaningful client engagement. As a senior leader, you’ll influence at the highest level, partnering closely with the Global Managing Partner, heads of groups, and other senior stakeholders.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification and proposal development to closing and ongoing support. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of technical solutions, an ability to deliver value-based proposals, and a consistent track record of achieving targets.
You will attend a minimum of 9 face to face new business meetings per week to achieve target. Self-generating sales leads to achieve the weekly call target in addition to being provided appointments generated by the very successful internal telesales team.
