Client Services Executive jobs in Etwall

You will manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. You'll take a consultative approach, understanding client needs, designing appropriate cover, and negotiating with insurers to deliver the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities include:

You will be the primary point of contact for all service-related tasks in your area, including maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting of automatic doors and roller shutters.

You must also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to maintain and update your own van stock.

You will expected to stay away from home 2 nights per week on average and there will be regular weekend working required.

You will be given full product training and will shadow an experienced Engineer for the first 6 months.

You will be looking for a career move into field service engineering.
