Client Services Engineer jobs in Crowborough

You will be working closely with the Infrastructure Team and Senior Director supporting the production of engineering designs for planning applications, detailed designs and construction of drainage, highways, street works and public realm, SUDS, and building drainage, for major infrastructure and residential, retail, industrial and commercial developments.

You will be working on a bespoke & evolving software package, therefore they are looking for candidates who have 2nd Line Support Experience and a quick learner to build their knowledge of the software package.

You will be responsible for dealing with client’s questions and technical issues both via telephone and email.
