You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You will play a key role within the leadership team, ensuring operational efficiency, strong client outcomes, and consistent delivery against KPIs, regulatory, and service level requirements. This role offers hybrid working following successful completion of training. Key Responsibilities
You will be a proven senior leader with: - Director-level (or equivalent) experience leading multi-team, service-led organisations - Deep understanding of the independent education sector and premium education services - Extensive experience working with UHNW families or similarly high-expectation private clients
You will coordinate inputs from estimating, operations, and H&S teams, maintain bid libraries, and prepare handover packs for successful bids. This role would suit a Bid Coordinator with bid management experience, strong 3D modelling skills, and a keen eye for detail.
You will handle financial administration such as raising client invoices, managing retentions, monitoring payments, and supporting staff wages.
You will also create and maintain projects in accounting software, manage staff work schedules and timesheets, and monitor operatives on site.
