You will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experience and create a selling culture that makes the Radley customer return time and time again.
You will be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and be commercially astute, showing creativity and inspirational directive in managing your own business unit.
You will be planning works for our technicians nationwide including logging breakdown callouts and ensuring response times are met, as well as organising the completion of RAMS, permits and other documentation required by customers.
You will also need to ensure that any parts needed are available and delivered to our technicians on time.
You will be joining a friendly, professional team in this fast-paced varied role which where you will role where you will be able to use your excellent customer service, communication, organisation and administrative skills.
You must be confident, adaptable, and ready to tackle any challenge with a smile. Your keen eye for detail will help maintain high standards across all areas of the business centre.
