You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You must be resilient, thrive under pressure and be assertive on dealing constructively with challenges.
You must have strong IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office suite and be willing to learn our internal systems.
You will also work with your team in a review/mentoring and training capacity and carve a career within this firm progressing as a key managerial addition with a clear path on offer for those looking a route to progress.
You will be focused on providing exceptional service and advice to your clients, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and work well within a team.
