You will lead a team of 6 people who are responsible for performing due diligence, KYC checks, and AML screenings, enabling our organisation to identify and mitigate risk. This position involves strategy development, team leadership, process optimization, and continuous improvement in line with evolving regulatory requirements.

You will be working on customer equipment such as car lifts, MOT testing equipment, air compressors, wheel alignment, tyre changers, wheel balancers and a range of other automotive equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and system reliability across customer sites. Key Responsibilities - Carry out routine PPM in line with scheduled tasks and industry standards. - Respond effectively to reactive maintenance calls, breakdowns, and emergency situations.
