You will support the Claims and Operational areas of the business, and will take the lead on learning lessons from previous customer complaints, Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) decisions, as well guidance and policy provided by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and industry news & trends to address any underlying issues.
You will need to be a great listener and communicator with a creative, structured and logical approach to problem solving. - The Business Analyst will drive the development and continuous improvement of a suite of business KPIs that will enable the site to accurately evaluate business processes and performance to enable data-driven decisions.

You will provide day-to-day support for SyteLine 10 users across Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Finance and Customer Services.
You will work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system improvements.
You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
