You will be the vital link between the Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and clients.
You should have experience as an Administrator within a financial services - Ideally, you should have good knowledge of financial planning processes, products and how a Financial Advisor operates
You should have experience and enjoy the process of preparing client meeting packs
You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You will report to the Client Administrative Services Senior Manager and act as a key point of contact for both clients and client facing teams (CFT). Responsibilities within the team include but are not limited to the completion of tasks related to regional client reallocation, regulatory client call backs, W-8 BEN renewals, managing bereavement services, fee anomalies and CFT operating events.
