You will be responsible of handling a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, Court of Protection matters, deputyship management, inheritance tax planning, asset protection, lasting powers of attorney, and compensation trusts
You will manage a varied caseload, advising clients locally and nationally on wills, estate planning, probate, and lasting powers of attorney.
