You will advise clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, executries, adults with incapacity matters and estate planning (to include inheritance and capital gains tax issues).
You will be confident in meeting clients face to face and passionate in providing the highest level of service.
You will work closely with new and existing customers ensuring that all orders and work is onboarded correctly, well planned into production and key metrics like customer satisfaction, cost control, quality and delivery on time in full and right first time are met.
