Client Service Associate jobs in Slough
You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You will then earn commission if they decide to invest their money with the business.
You will have autonomy to work your desk how you see fit, with extensive training in the first 4 weeks, 2 of which will be in the London office.
You will receive a £60k basic with commission increasing you to the below expected rates.
You will be a proven senior leader with: - Director-level (or equivalent) experience leading multi-team, service-led organisations - Deep understanding of the independent education sector and premium education services - Extensive experience working with UHNW families or similarly high-expectation private clients
You must possess a strong hunting and sales acumen with a good track-record of originating, qualifying and closing deal. Prior experience having sold into European Insurers, Reinsurers, Insurer-asset managers is a pre-requisite. To be successful in this role you should have good knowledge of the financial services landscape, be a strong sales hunter and develop strong client relationships.
