Client Service Associate jobs in Kent
You will handle a diverse portfolio of high-value matters, advising clients on complex wills, trusts, tax, estate, and succession planning.
You will also play an integral part in the firm's business development initiatives, leveraging your network and expertise to grow the team's practice and contribute to the firm's strategic goals.
You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You will be the vital link between the Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and clients.
You should have experience as an Administrator within a financial services * Ideally, you should have good knowledge of financial planning processes, products and how a Financial Advisor operates *
You will take responsibility for delivering work to clients in line with agreed timelines and budgets.
You will be managing a client portfolio reviewing the work of junior team members.
You will have proven technical knowledge and capability to communicate complex messages to your client base with the ability to ask the right questions.
You will lead and manage the delivery of accounts, tax, and wider services to clients across varied industries developing client relationships, taking on a portfolio and work including wider advisory projects.
You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience with a career background within accounts and tax, and all around general accountancy practice service delivery.
You will be an experienced private client paralegal who is confident, organised, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
You will ideally have: - A 2:1 law-related degree (or equivalent experience) - 23+ years experience in a private client paralegal role within a law firm
