You will lead a team of 6 people who are responsible for performing due diligence, KYC checks, and AML screenings, enabling our organisation to identify and mitigate risk. This position involves strategy development, team leadership, process optimization, and continuous improvement in line with evolving regulatory requirements.
You will be a true Brand Ambassador who will be able to interact easily with a broad range of customers.
You will be a natural promoter of customer service excellence, responsible for the customer’s journey and experience instore, ensuring that customers return time and time again.
You will help lead, drive and manage the internal team and externally be a customer success champion. Key responsibilities include: Being the first point of contact for handling and co-ordinating all customer service queries. Organising and communicating all aspects of the installation process.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and system reliability across customer sites. Key Responsibilities - Carry out routine PPM in line with scheduled tasks and industry standards. - Respond effectively to reactive maintenance calls, breakdowns, and emergency situations.
You must have impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer facing environments.
You will be joining a national team of engineers who take great pride in their work and who aim to build upon long term relationships with customers.
You will be continually challenged as you are exposed to new technologies.
