You will set and deliver a modern and innovative Client Development & Marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, sharpens market positioning and drives meaningful client engagement. As a senior leader, you’ll influence at the highest level, partnering closely with the Global Managing Partner, heads of groups, and other senior stakeholders.
You will act as a key advisor to clients, support business development efforts and identify opportunities to add value.
You will oversee and mentor Managers and Senior Managers, contribute to service line strategy, operational projects, and change initiatives.
You will receive leadership training and CPD access, and will craft a development plan with your line manager for role progression.
You will oversee private client across the firms five offices.
You will oversee, lead and drive forwards the firm's private client department, you will work closely with the equity partners across the firms' other offices that includes Mayfair, Essex and South London.
You will drive this department into the future, working with the wider leadership team on strategy and planning.
