You will manage and motivate the Penrith team, overseeing all work produced and undertaking line manager duties for the accounts staff based in the office.

You will also manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high quality, compliant, and efficient services to a variety of businesses, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

You will lead Child Protection planning that prioritizes "working with" families rather than "doing to" them.

You will collaborate with schools, police, and health partners to create a holistic safety net for Cumberland's most vulnerable children.

You will support across two of our services: Gregory House in Workington and Ann House in Cumbria.
