You will:Take overall responsibility for the preparation and review of annual financial statements, including statutory accounts, partnerships, trusts, and sole traders. Manage a diverse client portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact and providing a high level of service and commercial insight.
You will provide direction to our resources to meet/exceed contractual obligations with a primary focus in Performance Partnership and partnership guarantees. You'll develop a strategy to ensure client retention and growth through close interaction with the commercial sales teams, service teams, Performance Partnership Consultants and commercial Customer Success Advocates.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and driving key initiatives within the Client Finance team.
You will lead a diverse team of Client Finance professionals based in multiple geographies with responsibilities across commercial finance and business operations and will be responsible for their growth and development.
You will also gain exposure to working with Partners and invaluable experience working with senior members of staff. Progression within this team is fast, with responsibility from an early stage.
