You will manage a broad and rewarding range of private client matters, delivering high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service.
You will also play an active role in business development, supporting departmental growth, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to the firm’s strategic direction.
You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance and absence management, training and development, HR systems, compliance, and the effective use of staff resources.
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring residents receive outstanding care while leading and developing your team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will maintain regulatory compliance, drive occupancy, and create a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff alike.
You will be based at Southdown Road service but may be required to work at other locations as and when needed.
