You will be instrumental in launching the depot, supporting recruitment and onboarding (with full assistance from Head Office), and embedding a strong operational culture from the outset. This is a working manager role that is highly hands-on and central to the depot’s growth and success; it is not a desk-based position.

You will manage workflow, oversee booking accuracy, support the allocation of chauffeurs and vehicles, and ensure issues are resolved calmly and professionally as they arise. Working closely with your fellow Operations Manager, you will ensure consistency of approach and continuity of service across the operation.

You will also ensure compliance, resource allocation, and client satisfaction across all sites. What You’ll Be Doing - Lead and manage Duty Managers, Supervisors, and Static Guards across multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence. - Conduct quarterly security audits at each location and follow through on actions, ensuring timely reporting.
