You will be responsible for your own caseload and can expect to work on complex estate administration involving taxable estates, often with agricultural and business elements, preparation of deeds of variation and declarations of trust.

You will provide expert advice and support on a wide range of private client matters, including Wills, estate planning and succession advice, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work
You will be confident and capable of mentoring more junior members of the team.
You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You will be responsible for a varied private client caseload to include Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
